Cancellation Policy

We would love everyone to experience Tathra Beachside, but we understand that from time to time things change and you may need to reschedule or cancel your reservation. Please read our cancellation policy below.

1.     Postponement

If you change the dates and reschedule your booking and this meets the guidelines in our policies below, your entire deposit will be transferred to the new booking and this will not attract a cancellation fee. Alternatively the current booking may also be transferred to a family or friend with no penalty.

2.     Low Season (May, June, July & August)

During the low season, deposits will be refunded if the park is notified at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. A cancellation fee of $30 per site or $50 per accommodation unit applies.

3.     Mid Season (Sept-April, excluding school holidays and long weekends)

Deposits for reservations made wholly or partially in mid-season will be refunded if you notify the park at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. A cancellation fee of $30 per site or $50 per accommodation unit applies.

4.     High Season (all school holiday periods and long weekends)

Deposits for reservations made wholly or partially in high season will be refunded if you notify the park at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. A cancellation fee of $30 per site or $50 per accommodation unit applies.

Early Departures

We do not refund should you cut short your reservation or holiday.

Failure to Notify of Cancellation

If you do not notify the park of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, your reservation may be cancelled by the park without refund of any paid deposit.
